Club La Santa offer over 30 different sports and activities amidst a beautiful natural backdrop of volcanoes, beaches and the ocean. By Air: Arrecife airport (ACE) is located on the southern part of the Island, between Puarto del Carmen and Arrecife. Club La Santa is on the north side of the island approximately 25 km from the airport.

Both Road and Mountain Bike cycling are offered at Club La Santa. The in-house cycling instructors can choose routes suitable for your level of experience or you can book for one of the many cycling training camps on offer. For speed work, the 400 metre track is available.
For endurance there are many routes on offer, guided runs are arranged in the afternoons.
Technical help is available to improve running economy and a Personal Instructor can design a program specific to your needs.
Club La Santa has three open-air 50 metre Olympic Pools; each has 8 lanes each separated by ropes, and two of the pools have timing pace clocks at both ends of the pool.
The pools are only used for serious swimming and swim instruction, meaning that you can focus on your training without distraction.
Diving and Water Polo facilities are also available.
Open water swimming is adjacent to the centre.
A salt water lagoon is available for beginners
Six lane, blue EPDM surface 400m running track, including; Equipment available to borrow.
At Club La Santa, you can train or play on a court in the multi-use hall, which has a Sportson Combi R/30 Hard Court Floor, throughout the day.
Many professional teams choose to train at Club La Santa, among them the German National Team and the Danish National Team, both men and ladies.
2 courts are available next to the sea. These can get busy with social players so advance booking is advised.
Matches can be arranged but the level of competition may vary.
Instruction is offered by Club La Santa staff and this covers all levels.
There are full sized outdoor and indoor courts available to use throughout the day.
The outdoor court is located next to the Olympic Swimming Pool, and the indoor court can be found in the multi-use hall, open daily.
9 Tennis courts, each with Deco Turf surface as used in the US Open and Olympic Games. Rackets are available to hire. Coaching is offered but the number of Instructors limits the time available. Groups can book in advance of arriving but individuals can only book on the day.
Technogym™ supply the cardio equipment such as treadmills, stair climbers, cross trainers, stationary bikes. The rowing machines are Concept II. Free weights are available and include bar, discs and dumbbells. There is also a separate power lifting room with 2 training platforms. Fitballs, Thera-bands and balance pads are available for stretching and core exercise.
Working with the Club La Santa team at the Aquatic Centre, a weekly training program will be designed and sent to you. The centre covers swimmers of all levels and disciplines.
The Dry Land Training Program will complement pool time and you will receive personal instruction from the team.
You will be given technical input to help areas such as body position, breathing, stroke rate performance and developing better catches.
Club La Santa offer Guru Bike Fit testing and instructions within their Sports Science Department.
The aim of the Guru Bike Fit is for you to achieve more power, become more efficient and enjoy better comfort whilst on your bike.
There are several levels of Bike Fit, choose the one that best suits you.
