The High Performance Centre at Sant Cugat was built for athletes training and preparing for the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games. The Centre is suitable for national level athletes only. The training centre offers on-site accommodation and recent additions include study areas for students, allowing people from school and university to combine training with their studies. The Sant Cugat high performance centre is recognised as one of Spain's leading venues and as such, many National and International teams have used this venue for their training camp across a range of sports including football, handball, volleyball, hockey, tennis, swimming, gymnastics, teakwondo, etc Sant Cugat is 25km northwest of Barcelona and 34km from Barcelona airport.

The sports complex has its own on-site residence with 325 beds split in either double or quadruple bed rooms, all with their won bathroom, TV and telephone. There are also cottages that can sleep 8 to 12 people. You can stay on B&B, half or full board basis. There are study areas for students including library, study rooms and extra classes & courses.
