The Lilleshall National Sports Centre is accessible for sports groups or individuals of all levels. The Centre can cater for UK based athletes and teams as well as those from abroad. Lilleshall also welcomes community based sport, clubs and schools.
The main building was completed in 1831 as a hunting lodge for the Duke of Sutherland and his family. Today the GB gymnastic and Archery federations are based here, together with the English Institute of Sport.
There are 9 grass pitches and 2 synthetic pitches. The King George Hall and Princess Royal Hall are home to all indoor activities

Lilleshall is easily accessible by good road and motorway networks and is just 2 miles from the A41, 4 miles from the A5, 7 miles from Junction 3 of the M54 and 12 miles from Junction 10 of the M6. Mainline railway stations with links to London and the rest of the UK are within a 15 minute drive.
Stafford, Telford, Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury are all within a 25 minute drive of Lilleshall. Other local attractions include Weston Park, Ironbridge Gorge and Museums, Hoo Farm, Telford Town Park and Wonderland, The Wrekin, RAF Cosford, Telford Ski Centre and telford International Centre.

FOOTBALL and RUGBY
- Frequently used by clubs, colleges, semi-professional and professional teams
- 8 Grass pitches (4 of which are floodlit)
- Full size goals are portable, so the pitches can accommodate any style of training
- 2 floodlit synthetic pitches; one full size floodlit water-based polygrass pitch which is newly installed and an exact replica of the Rio 2016 Hockey Pitch.
- The second pitch uses a "Tiger Turf" surface
- The pitches are maintained to a high standard, being irrigated daily.
- Indoor sports hall for 5-a-side and Futsal
ARCHERY
- Both Indoor and Outdoor areas.
- The Sutherland Hall has undergone major redevelopment to gibe GB archers the best chance for Olympic success.
- New outdoor archery range (70m) with a covered technical area.
- Refurbished indoor range (70m) with viewing area where state of the art high speed cameras are used for expert analysis.
- Permanent technical video analysis areas on both ranges with fixed speed cameras.
- The outdoor range meets FITA competition field orientation to mirror the conditions archers will face at the Olympics.
HOCKEY
- 2 floodlit synthetic pitches
- One pitch has the new Polygrass Olympia surface same specification as Beijing and London Olympic games
- The pitch is regualrly used by GB and England Men's and Women's senior teams
- The second pitch is a "Tiger Turf" pitch
- Indoor sports hall for indoor practise
BASKETBALL

GYMNASTICS
- Gymnastics Hall including pitted area perfect as a safe practice area for some of the higher equipment
- Has been the home of GB Gymnastics since 1970s
