Ocean Edge Retreats will provide you with fun fitness breaks with a focus on CYCLING, RUNNING, or BOOTCAMP training. In addition to these core disciplines there are supporting sessions including yoga and strength and conditioning. These camps have been designed to allow you to reach new fitness goals in a supportive and fun environment.
Ocean Edge Retreats are based at a stunning location in Cornwall and are lead by the co-founders, Jen and Ben, both qualified in Fitness and Cycling. You will be training from the base in Pentire, set between the golden sands of Fistral and Crantock beaches which will be used for some of your training sessions.

The apartment is positioned with great views out to the ocean. This spacious residence is ideal to share the day’s experiences, exchange stories and make new friends. Jen & Ben have created a comfortable environment for you to relax and recover from your sessions.
The apartment includes a fully stocked self-catering kitchen, open plan living room/diner and very comfortable bedrooms. Couples share double rooms and singles share (same sex) twin rooms. You can also pay a single supplement to reserve your own room if preferred.
MEALS: Share Ben and Jen’s great passion for food; delicious, healthy, nutritious. Almost all meals are included in the camps and have been designed with great care to ensure you receive training specific nutrition in appealing combinations which are prepared fresh each day.
Co-founders, Ben and Jen, wish to share their passions for the outdoors.
Jen is a keen cycle tourist who has explored many parts of the UK and Europe by bike.
Ben is a personal trainer, experienced ultra-runner and triathlete who loves keeping fit and helping others achieve their goals in equal measure.
Jen and Ben are also qualified British Cycling Ride Leaders.
Your camp will be based around cycling, running and/or bootcamp.
Cycling & Running: As well as sports-specific activity around the beautiful Cornish coastline, these retreats include strength and conditioning training and yoga to support the core activity.
Bootcamp: These retreats focus on strength and core exercises throughout and also include yoga.
All the scheduled camps will allow you time for additional activities such as walking, running and swimming
You can take part in as many or as few as you like.
Evening presentations will be given by Ben & Jen on topics such as nutrition, preparing for events and recovery.
