Comments:  Thank you so much again for a really wonderful week! It was even better than 2013. Our club really loves staying here and we will be back in 2015. Accommodation, food, coaching and sunshine are all fab and we all gained so much – whether it be how to corner, go up or downhill, swim in the sea or just swim in a straight line! And we made a new word “Updulating”. Once again – thanks!

Comments:  Simon Meade OBE (former leader of the Red Arrows) What a fantastic week! I didn’t have to think about a thing. The Camp was a home away from home. Fantastic hotel, training, food and amazing staff! Book me on for next year, and by the way think I will come for two weeks next year.

Comments:  I was nervous before coming out as I had not done much cycling but the team helped me with everything from cleat positioning to descending skills – they even did a mini lecture on it so having pre ride and then on the ride feedback really helped me to overcome my worries. I got into the riding and felt much more confident at the end of the week – cant wait to get back to my club now, think I might be moving up groups.

Comments:  We trained hard and I got everything I wanted out of it from a physical stand point but I thought that would be it – it wasn’t the whole experience made it fantastic – the training was the reason for coming but the rest of the trip from the other guests to the attention to detail with routes, support van, timing of drinks and snacks, massage etc…. leaving fitter and happier.
