Celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2015, the company is run by husband and wife team, Ashley and Claire Higgins, who tailor make holidays to fit the individuals. Ashley is a Mountain Bike Instructor and bike mechanic.
The training camp is primarily for cyclists but for triathletes looking for an all round camp, there is swimming in the Ronda indoor, heated 25 metre pool or open water swimming at the new Zahara sports centre, where you swim in the lake and then enjoy a well-earned coffee/tapas/cake afterwards! Please note, wetsuits will almost certainly be necessary during the winter months.

All the accommodation are based in Montecorto and consist of either one of seven townhouses, villa with pool or the Farmhouse Hotel.
The bike store with workshop is also located in Montecorto.
The Townhouses can sleep between 1 and 6 people and is self-catering. All the townhouses are positioned in the centre of Montecorte.
The Villa sleeps 6 with a minimum occupancy of 2 and is located on the edge of Montecorte surronded by lemon and orange trees. This accommodation is also self-catering.
The Farmhouse Hotel which is approximately 5km outside of Montecorte, has 8 double rooms and can offer Bed & Breakfast or half-board including an evening meal. It is recommended that you hire a car of you stay at the Farmhouse hotel.
Montecorte is a typical "white village" in the heart of Andalucia, 18 km away from Ronda. The viilage has 2 grocery stores, 2 bakers, a fruit and veg shop and a fish mongers so you will be able to buy all the provisions you need. There are also several bars and restaurants if you wish to eat out in the evenings.
The Grazalema National Park and surrounding mountains give an ideal place for both road and MTB cycling.

All the rides are tailor made to suit your ability and fitness level, routes can vary between 50 to 180km with 1,000 to 3,500mts of climbing.
MTB - Ashley has spent over 10 years cycling in the area, putting together the best mountain biking routes of fast tracks and technically challenging trails. The terrain is best described as dry and dusty, fast flowing with a fair few rocky sections and plenty of switchbacks thrown in.
Swimming - The training camp is primarily for cyclists but for triathletes looking for an all round camp, there is swimming in the Ronda indoor, heated 25 metre pool or open water swimming at the new sports centre in Zahara, where you can enjoy a lake swim followed by soup, coffee, cake and/or tapas in the restaurant overlooking the lake and mountains. Wetsuits will likely by necessary during the winter months.
Running - There are many running routes; maps and route cards are available.
From the home base the Serrania de Ronda, Sierra de Nieves and Grazalema Natural Park are all within easy reach. These areas offer a wide range of routes including cross country trails, testing single track, tough climbs and fast flowing down hills. There are also some more gentle rides. These MTB holidays are suitable for all levels, from beginner to the most experienced mountain biker. Each ride is tailor made to your skills, fitness and needs.
These are aimed at 60 year olds and older. You will visit some of the most beautiful white villages of the Grazalema Natural Park with either the White Villages of Andalucia Self Guided Point-to-Point Tour or the Single Based Cycling Holidays options. You'll ride through rolling farmland along quiet country lanes, through forests of Holm Oak, passing by olive groves, orange and lemon orchards and vineyards, stopping each day for lunch and refreshments at one of favourite local tapas bars or restaurants. Guided tours can be arranged around a local wine bodega (includes a wine tasting and lunch) and visits to a working olive mill where they still press and produce exquisite local olive oil.
The self-guided tours are perfect ways to see Andalucia in southern Spain. Andalucian Cycling Experience will take care of the planning and logistics of your holiday including the booking of accommodation, airport transfers, transport of luggage from hotel to hotel and maps & routes notes. On most days you'll have a choice of 3 different rides making this trip perfect for groups of mixed abilities and also allowing you to customise your tour depending on your energy levels each morning.
This Triathlon Camp, which is available throughout the year, is a fusion of knowledge and experience, set in the triathlon training paradise of Andalusia. The camp is led by qualified coaches; Karen Parnell, Chili Tri Triathon Coach, BTF and IRONMAN certified coach and Jess Petersson, former professional IRONMAN athlete and Olympian, Freebird and highly experienced bike guides. For the biking we have smooth roads which are quiet and safe - its perfect timing for some long steady rides to build some endurance. We will also add in intervals for those that want to and vary the routes, so you get to see lots of the area, villages and mountains! We have different paces and groups to ensure all levels are catered for. For swimming we use the nearby crystal-clear lake for open water sessions and nearby 25m indoor swimming pool.

Whether you want to get some late season running and biking done in a warmer climate, surrounded with like-minded individuals and coaches or have some late season races coming up and need to get ready for then this is the camp for you. You will spend time running on the trails and inland loops as well as technique and speed work sessions on the run with Olympian Jess Petersson.
