This quick and easy dairy free, gluten-free dessert is thick and creamy.
Pros: dairy free, gluten-free.
Tahini contains more protein than milk, and most nuts. It is a rich source of Vitamin B & E as well as magnesium, iron and calcium.
A medium size banana will provide you with vitamin C, B6, manganese, potassium and 3 natural sugars.
Cons: it disappears too quickly
Ingredients:
1 heaped tablespoon tahini
3 tablespoons rice milk
Dash of vanilla extract
1 ripe banana
Instructions:
1. Put the tahini in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir in a splash of rice milk and keep stirring until creamy.
3. Repeat until all the milk is used & you have a creamy texture
4. Add the dash of vanilla extract.
5. Put the ripe banana into the mixture and mask with a folk.
You can use a blender, but hand mixing doesn’t take long unless you’re doing big portions or multiple desserts.
Serving:
Nothing else required. You could add some dark chocolate shavings on top or pour a dash of melted dark chocolate. Our favourite; just keep it natural.
