Get into early fitness with this specially-arranged Bike Camp organised by Club la Santa on Lanzarote.  Andy Cook and his ride leaders will help you get into shape for the forthcoming season.

Whatever you ability or goals this is a great start to the year. You might be training for some specific targets later in your cycling year or you may just need some time in the sunshine to recharge your winter batteries and get some base fitness. Either way the Andy Cook Bike Weeks at Club La Santa is a perfect location.

The price for the one week is 140€, or 190€ for two weeks

The group leaders will take different routes and set the perfect pace to match your ability and goals. There are plenty of challenging roads with mountain climbs and rolling valleys but the roads are smooth and the climate is warm. Our faster groups will cover longer distances whilst the steady groups may have an extra cafe stop and cover a little less ground. Either way the focus is on steady warm winter riding to get some miles in your legs.

You will have the usual Andy Cook vehicle and mechanical support carrying spare food and drink together with some vital spare parts. Our ride leaders know Lanzarote well and will set the perfect pace, keeping their group together. They are supported by the renowned Club La Santa “Green Team” who act as guides and support on all the rides so that we never leave anyone behind. If you are new to group riding or want to improve your climbing or descending skills our leaders will always be there to offer advise when you want it.
