Training Garden, based at the Parque de las Graveras, just north of Seville, Spain offer Triathlon and Open Water Swimming camps and coaching for athletes of all levels and abilities.

Training Garden’s team of professional coaches will bring to you the most trusted and advanced training plans to help you optimise your time and ensure your continual improvements. 

The training is not only about your physical output. Training Garden will look at many other aspects to enhance your performance including physiotherapy, nutrition, rest & recovery and, in partnership with the biomechanics specialists IBP, help you become more efficient.

Away from the training, Training Garden will also advise you on equipment that is suitable for you. They will be able to supply wetsuits from their partners, Neoprene Rental.

If you would like to use this venue for your own group or club, Training Garden offer logistical support (and help supplement the coaching) so that your training camp runs smoothly.

NON-Training partners are welcomed as there are alternative activities available whilst training sessions are being completed.

Facilities at Parque Las Graveras


All the training is based at the Parque de las Graveras, only 10 km north of Seville. You will find the RENFE San José de la Rinconada, railway station only 600 metres from the Parque.

The Parque de las Graveras is a designated Green Area covering 15 hectares, dedicated to Sports, Leisure and Nature. The Centre covers all Triathlon disciplines in a safe and calm setting.

For larger groups, you may be split depending on ability and also to improve Athlete:Coach ratio, giving you the best opportunity to see those improvements.

Training Garden offers professional coaching with extensive experience. They will work with you each session, maximising your training time and planning your next steps.

ALL the coaches speak English.

On-Line Coaching is also available via Training Garden where the coaches can help continue your improvements after you leave the camps or even if you’d like to continue your training at home.

Germán Monterrubio - Technical Director
Germán has a Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity and Sports. He specialises in Swimming and Respiratory Muscle Training.  Germán is the lead coach in the Open Water Swimming Sessions.

Carlos has obtained the status of High Level Performance Triathlete. He is also a qualified High Level Technician in Physical and Sports Activities. Carlos is a trained Bicycle mechanic technician covering MTB, Road and Time Trial.

- You are welcomed to train outside of the current schedule
- Outside normal training hours requires 48 hours notice and a minimum 5 people

Comments:  Going to swim, to train for triathlons, is very well equipped. I started yesterday at the swim in Rio, since I had only swam in pools, because I was terrified to get into the river, but I honestly lost that fear yesterday and I'll be back. Nice experience.
