Comments:  I attended the TriTraining Harder training camps a couple of times some years ago, and since then I have used their training plans to work my way through the different distances of triathlon and completed the full distance for the first time this weekend in Tallin. As a newcomer to triathlon the camps provided the perfect introduction to triathlon and have set me up me with all of the fundamental elements that I have applied to my training over the past four years. The online plans you have prepared have also been excellent, they are easy to follow and have got me to the start (and finish) line in the best shape I have ever been in and enabled me to exceed my own expectations. I feel very fortunate that when I started this journey that I choose the Tri Training Harder training camps and plans. Now it is time for a short break after which I will be looking at races for next year and will be looking at using the personalized coaching that they offer

Comments:  Another wonderful week in Vilamoura. The cycling is always the favourite of our group and this year was no exception - maybe a little longer main ride next time! So very much stronger with each visit thanks to the patient and attentive coaching. The support from Scott and Lynne, both with the wonderful food and their joining us on various activities, is amazing. We rub shoulders with athletes who are training for amazing challenges and their enthusiasm is infectious - the coaches put them through their paces! and they always come back after long rides, runs or swims with a smile! Would recommend this week to anyone wanting to "Tri Something New" - no need to be an elite athlete, we all need to start from somewhere - the encouragement and support is amazing.

Comments:  I spent one week with the TTH team in the Algarves. It was a life changing experience to work with this talented team who guided me through a week of personalized coaching. The location is perfect for cycling (at all levels), plus the running sessions focus on improving technique through track time to cross country courses. The swim lessons ranged from a 50m pool to open water swims. After long days of training, I would return to my lovely condo where a full meal was prepared by the knowledgeable chefs who are part of the TTH team. I received an Athletes Report which was a good summary of the things that I need to work on to improve my training over the next months. I will be returning and can not recommend TTH highly enough….take the leap, it will be worth every single minute

Comments:  Great week. Expert coaching and great coach to athlete ratios. Learn more about running and swim technique in 1 week than I had in the previous 50 years. Also worth mentioning that accommodation and fodd were of a high standard not to mention the picturesque bike rides. I will be back and would recommend to anyone who wants to improve.

Comments:  The holiday at Tri Training Harder was far beyond anything I expected. The coaches, the food, the accomodation, the training, everything was so great. It suits everyones needs, from the semi-pro's to the beginners, there's so much to learn. I was a bit scared in the beginning, especially with the rides in the mountains, but the coaches were so nice and helpful, I did far more than I ever thought I could! Would totally recommend this to everyone who wants to boost their training!

Comments:  This is my second visit and i would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to work on their triathlon goals. The entire week is geared to making you feel like a professional triathlete, with a tough but achievable training plan, more than enough food provided and supportive coaches at all times. It does look expensive on first sight but this price includes all coaching and almost all meals. When adding up the cost for other locations then this is generally good value, which when combined with the quality of the coaching makes it a great way to spend a week.

Comments:  A great training week, in particular the cycle training up some fair hills of the Monchique mountains, pool swim coaching and on-site physio. Accommodation and food was top notch and along with the very supportive coaches made for an excellent and fun week.

Comments:  I recently enjoyed a wonderful week at the TTH training camp on the Algarve with several other club members. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for the their ability to adapt the programme to triathletes of all abilities. This is very much a personalised service with small group/individual coaching of a very high standard covering all disciplines, including transitions, with video analysis and drills. I was concerned my nutrition might be compromised, being a typical fussy triathlete, but the resident chefs provided individual, very tasty meals to cover all requirements, and all included in the price. Whether you are an elite triathlete preparing for Kona or just beginning your triathlon journey you need look no further than this company to meet your every need. I look forward to returning.

I have come back home a much more confident person to get out and swim, bike, run and with a much greater knowledge of the sport in general.
