F4L Triathlon Coaching, run by British level 3 triathlon coach Paul Jones, are based the outskirts of Perth, Western Australia. They specialise in 1-2-1 coaching, helping triathletes to maximise their potential and achieve their goals. They run several training camps throughout the year, the camps are aimed at triathletes who can; swim 400m straight (swim sessions will typically be around 60mins/2500 metres), cycle at least 3hrs on rolling terrain and run a minimum of 10km in under an hour.

Every triathlete works hard throughout the training camp week and each session will have a focused objective but there is a fun environment around the training sessions. F4L Triathlon Coaching create appropriate training for all participants.

They tailor make training programs to the individual's needs and offer quality face to face time with triathletes.

Triathlon Training Plans are tailor made to help you achieve your own targets. Initial consultations will be done using Skype, email or phone with Paul Jones when short, medium and long term objectives will be agreed. A training plan covering a 12 month period will be drafted with more specific weekly plans provided to ensure that sessions can be done unsupervised.

  • F4L Triathlon Coaching's head coach, Paul Jones is a BTF Level 3 Triathlon Coach. Paul has trained athletes who have qualified for the Hawaii Ironman, qualified for the 70.3 World Championships, won World Age Group Medals and won European Age Group Medals. Lets not forget to mention the countless Personal achievements by individuals who have got the best out of themselves under his guidance.

Self taught swimmer Andy first attempted competitive swimming in 2005 but by 2008 he'd raced at every distance from Sprint to Ironman.

Andy first became an NVQ L2 Gym, Fitness & Circuits instructor before becoming involved in Triathlon.  He is now a British Triathlon Federation Level 3 coach.

Unlike Paul, Andy is based in the UK. His work is centred around a small group of triathletes of varying abilities. However, each one is treated the same, from goal setting through to achievement, whether those goals are World and European qualification or just competing.

Andy's philosphy is simple; most people do Triathlon for the 2F’s… FITNESS & FUN. Triathlon is not just another sport; he believes triathlon is a lifestyle choice so fitting schedules around work & family is very important.

He promotes good communication between coach & athletes, which in turn develops a trusting relationship.
