Epic Running is a company dedicated to runners who want to improve speed, endurance and general well-being. Their running training camps, ranging from UK weekends to longer weeks abroad, are designed by world-class professional trainers and nutritionists, and organised by experienced travel professionals.

Epic Running offers running holidays that combine scientific training methods with a healthy dose of discovery and adventure.

Their camps cater for all levels of ability, providing the motivation, direction and focus needed to achieve your running goals and are aimed at improving performance for everything from a 10km on the road to ultra events across the desert.

Training Facilities



The week long Morocca running training camps are located in the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains. The hotel offers a traditional Moroccan experience and has 2 swimming pools, a spa and many other areas you can use for training, eating and relaxing.

Training can be done beside one of the pools, or in one of the outdoor or indoor spaces. There is a fully equipped meeting room for evening briefings and feedback sessions. The spa offers everyone sports massages.

There is amply space, giving you the opportunity to chill out on your own or large enough areas where everyine can enjoy the company of each other. 

United Kingdom

The UK weekends are based in Fordingbridge, the New Forest, Hants. The weekend trainign will be along the paths and lanes of the New Forest. 

Meals, meetings and seminars will take place in a country cottage. You chose your own accommodation from a wide range of possible local B&Bs etc. 


Marty Yardley

Running Coach

Marty was a Royal Marines Commando Physical Training Instructor for 22 years. He has competed in over 50 marathons, 250 half-marathons and completed some of the toughest endurance races including the Marathon des Sables.

Marty is also a qualified Personal Trainer and is head coach of Energise Bootcamp

Holly Rush

Running Coach

Holly ran for England at the Commonwealth Games in Dehli, she won a bronze medal at the World Mountain Trail Championships 2013 and was part of the bronze medal winning marathon team for G.B at the European Championships in 2010.

She has also won the Edinburgh marathon and numerous half marathons as well as winning a Gold medal in the Comrades Marathon in South Africa.

Holly is a qualified sports masseur and personal trainer.

Karl Zeiner

Running Coach

Karl has competed in endurance events across a range of distances; from half-marathons and sprint triathlons to the 135 mile Ring O Fire Ultra marathon and double IronMan.

He has run his own coaching business, DeZeiner Fitness, since 2009 offering swim & run coaching and an online coaching service.

Alex Stein

Yoga Coach

Alex is a trained YTT 200 in the school of Integrated Yoga Therapy and has designed specific yoga sessions for runners with a focus on strengthening and easing the muscle groups which are over-stretched by running.

Alex has also comleted various half-marathons.

Cor de Jonge

Core Strengthening Coach

Cor is a qualified physiotherapist and has practised all over the world including in Iceland, Florida, Holland and now Marrakech. He combines physiotherapy with his work as a fitness instructor and trainer specialising in core strengthening.
