BlackRock Lodge was designed and built by athletes Paul and Lizzy Mercer who have represented GB at age group level (Long Distance) Triathlon World Championships.

The Lodge can be found in the Les Houches area of the stunning Chamonix valley and is the perfect base for running, cycling, swimming or triathlon training in the Alps.

Paul and Lizzy have used their experience of training and competing to develop a network of professional support to deliver superb training opportunities for athletes. For 2016 they are working with coaches Phil Mosley, Silas Cullen and Gary Willis to offer triathlon and cycling camps.

Cycling road support is available as required and physio and message therapies are on hand too courtesy of the team at the acclaimed Clinique du Sport in Chamonix.

BlackRock’s coached camps are fully-catered with a professional chef delivering delicious, nutritious food and with Lizzy and Paul on-hand to provide concierge services to ensure you only have to focus on training.

BlackRock Lodge also offers a Team Take Over package so that teams can train with their coach whilst enjoying all the benefits of the lodge. Simply hire the lodge on a self-catering basis and then add as much or as little additional support as you’d like – catering, bike support, car support, housekeeping and transfers – to best suit your budget.

Comments:  I just returned from a week's stay at BlackRock Ski Lodge. Lizzy and Paul were fabulous hosts. The Lodge is quaint with a breathtaking view. Lizzy's a great cook, her meals are delicious and healthy. I was there to partake in a Triathlon camp. The fabulous coach was Roland Kemp. My progress soared in a few days. Roland is patient and tailored a program for me. I went from panic in the lake on day 1 to swimming 2 kilometers on day 3! Lizzy and Paul worked out with me and also encouraged me.
