Jura Sports, located near to Lake Geneva, Switzerland, offers Triathlon Camps, Cycling Camps and Kids camps in France and Switzerland. The camps will cover innovative coaching, and fresh nutrition advice. 

Coaching: Jura Sports was founded by Thierry Bessede, a certified Nutritionist and a Personal Trainer. He has also successfully completed numerous marathons and IRONMAN competitions.  

All the endurance sports coaching and plans are tailored to you and your needs.

Accommodation: Ideally placed for both airport and training facilities whilst offering home comforts for the all important rest & recovery. See accomodation details on each training camp.

Meals: Time spent away from training means time spent sampling good, local, Swiss cuisine and wine. There will be a mixture of home cooking along with some restaurants and bistros visits.

Triathlon & Cycling Camps



These are camps are individually designed and are located in breath taking scenery. Thierry Bessede will be with you throughout allowing you the opportunity to train in a relaxed and professional environment. He will also supply nutritional advice to improve your training & racing as well as your General Health.

Swimming: All swim sessions will be held in Lake Geneva
Cycling: Great scenery, varied terrain, all on quiet roads
Running: Routes mainly on forest trails or footpaths near to the lake
Nutrition: Practical advice will be given to help you develop your meal plans when you arrive back home.

The individually designed cycling camps are based in both France and Switzerland. Cyclists of all ages and abilities are welcomed. 

These camps give you the opportunity to ride in beautiful scenery and recover. Additional Strength and Conditioning sessions will help you become stronger. 

Off the bike, you will be given nutritional advice to help improve your performance and general health. You will be able to identify your preferred meal plans for when you return home.

Kids Camps

Kids Camps


The aim of these summer camps is for child to have fun, be active, grow in self-confidence and learn new sports whilst making new friends all in a fun and safe environment. 

Sports games will include cycling, running, athletics and ball games. Other activities will also be included to promote creative and practical skills, such as land art, drawing, treasure hunts and building treehouses. 

Whilst activities are based outdoors as much as possible, indoor facilities are available in case of inclement weather. 

Size of each camp: Spaces are limited to 24 children in order to give your children the full attention they deserve and maximize their happiness. The camp is opened to all children, regardless of where they live. Children must be able to cycle without stabilizers. 

Staff: Supervision will be done by highly motivated staff with many years experience organizing kids camps in Switzerland. The staff are bilingual French-English. The child/adult ratio is 7:1, to ensure great care of your children.

Comments:  After two consecutive pregnancies, I was looking to get back to running with the goal of a half marathon within the year. Following an evaluation of my fitness, Thierry at Jura Sports provided a comprehensive, tailor-made training program for the core and running. It was important that initially the programme was not too aggressive or time demanding given my new family commitments and break from running. Thierry’s structured approach, technical guidance and regular follow-ups have kept me motivated and set me on the right track to successfully achieve my goal.

Comments:  I have been training with coach Thierry for almost a year. I can’t explain how happy I am working with him. Instant feedback and training schedule is adopted in real time when I miss workouts or doing better or worse than planned. No more sending excel sheets with one month intervals as I have done with my coaches before. Huge respect to Thierry for his dedication to his athletes and the example he sets by practicing what he preaches. If you want to succeed and improve, Jura Sports is the team where you want to belong.

Comments:  It was my first experience of a training camp as I am preparing L’étape du tour. We had a great time over these 3 days. The organisation was perfect. Thierry found a great place near Lac du Bourget which is a perfect region for cycling. We had 3 great days of cycling (tough though) but Thierry always had a plan B to adjust the level if needed. Next to the cycling we spent some time on recovering / stretching, the accommodation was great. Thierry also prepared great food and we learned a lot of stuff about sport diet. Overall a great experience which will definitely make you progress.

Comments:  My goal is to complete a long distance triathlon here in Spain, and I wanted to take my training to the next level. I contacted Thierry and have been really impressed with his professionalism and his dynamic approach to triathlon training. I struggled to balance my work, family, and training. But Thierry understood my situation, and adapted the program as a result. After a few months of training I can feel a big difference; I feel great. I can’t wait to see how far I can go with Jura Sports’ training.
