Comments:  Since following Simon's coaching plan in Sept 2017 I have dropped 24 pounds and within 7 pounds of my goal. Plus I am stronger and fitter than ever, according the fitness test built in to the program. My 500M row time has gone from 2:21 to 2:03. I'm confident I'll break 2:00 in the next month. Simon's initial assessment of my fitness and the program he developed gave me confidence to follow it. I would never have been able to create something so effective on my own--a strength training circuit that acted like a cardio fat-burning session. Plus because Simon helped me understand the principles behind it I could push myself in the right way and see results over time. And most importantly, without injury. This year I'm tackilng my first Century ride in August...can't wait

Comments:  Simon has coached me in 2016 and 2017 towards improving my cycling and running performance. His scientific and holistic approach to training has not only led me to a PB in road racing but has kept me fit and healthy throughout the year. Blood lactate tests on the treadmill and the turbo as well as remote testing ensured the training sessions were frequently adapted to my fitness improvements and specific weaknesses. The adaptive program evolved nicely and the variations in training have kept me engaged and curious throughout the season. The winter work in the gym was especially beneficial for me to build more robust foundations and train injury free. I should also add that Simon has been most generous with his time and invested considerable energy to review my post session feedbacks, provide insightful comments and review planed training sessions as often as needed. He is very precessional and a pleasure to work with. While my recent career changes has forced me to take a step back from competitive racing, I have every intention to resume working with Simon as soon as I get the chance to and recommend his coaching and testing services wholeheartedly!

Comments:  Simon is a very professional yet approachable coach/trainer. Is methods are very scientific and as such, the sessions he provides are specifically tailored to me. I appreciate his in depth answers to my many questions. His flexibility to session changes is second to know and happily changes my programme to adapt to my frequent injuries and holidays. I can't wait for Xterra Malta in 2018, I have a solid base now to move to the sessions which replicate the extreme course.

Comments:  Simon undertook a lactate threshold test for myself and my friend. The test was conducted at my home and Simon brought all the specialised kit, including the ergo, with him. He conducted the tests with absolute professionalism and very efficiently. He expertly interpretated the results in a very detailed report. His knowledge on cycling physiology and training is fantastic and I can recommend Simon without hesitation. Thank you Simon!
