I was introduced to Dan from SwimForTri a few months ago and I have been honoured to connect with him on all things swimming!

From how to use my newly acquired SwimBeam trainer during lock down, to brainstorming on the potential to join forces for some very exciting new training offerings to come later this year!

With the relaunch of Dan’s podcast - I was excited to be one of his first guests!

In this episode we touch on a wide range of topics from getting in your 5 (or 10!) a day or fruit and veg, eating variety to optimise wellbeing and GI distress in Ironmans too!

A note about host Dan Bullock:

Dan has been coaching since 1990, holding qualifications with the ASA, BTF, ASCA and the World Open Water Swim Association.

Dan’s accolades include being National Masters Openwater Champion since 2008, Former British AG Record Holder for 800m Frontcrawl and a European & World Masters medalist. He has also completed several Ironman triathlons and has swum 3.8km in under 45 minutes!

To support swimmers and triathletes during this period of Lockdown, Dan is offering 3 Dry Land virtual swim sessions each week.
