End Date: 16/06/2019

20 miles, 3000ft of climb and lashings of adventure on the south coast

A one-day trail running adventure on the South Downs, scaling the iconic chalk sea cliffs of Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters.
At a tad over 20 miles (32km) with 3,000ft of climb, this is a hefty challenge, but like all Running Forever adventures, we'll take it in bitesize chunks with scheduled stops for tea and cake or a cheeky beer.
Vehicle support will be on hand for bag carriage, water top-up, refreshments, changes of kit or even a lift to the next pitstop! This is NOT a race (though it's a great recce for anyone doing the Beachy Head Marathon, as it takes in much of the route and one of your guides, Jeff Pyrah, is a former winner of the race).
We will run as a group and there will always be coaches on hand to offer trail tips and support, both moral and practical! The cost of the trip is £45. Places limited to 12 runners. There is no mandatory pace guideline for this trip - but we would expect you to be able to run a road half marathon comfortably in under 2.5 hours to cope with the level of challenge and enjoy the day.
