Details

The core Way of the Runner team of Adharanand, Ceri and Joe reunite to bring you the ‘ultra’ version, in collaboration with Wild Running. Anyone aspiring or preparing to tackle an ultra marathon will benefit from this long weekend on the beautiful south Devon trails, and from the knowledge and company of this trio of ultra running and movement aficionados.

Three nights accommodation (Fri, Sat and Sun)

• All meals, including pack-lunches on the runs and evening meals home-cooked by our wonderful chef Charlotte Etridge (who is also our massage therapist)

• Two back-to-back long trail runs

• Talks on ultra running by Adharanand and Ceri

• Movement, breathing and downhill trail running technique sessions with Joe

With back-to-back long runs on hilly trails, as a minimum we recommend you can run at least a half-marathon and have some experience running on trails. Pace is not an issue - as long as you can manage the distance, we’re happy to go as fast or slow as you like - and we can cater for a wide range of speeds.

Double room for 1 person: £660

Sharing a twin room: £520 per person

Couple sharing a double room: £520 per person

(Space is limited and rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis)
