We can help you combine a city break or long weekend in Spain with an iconic half marathon running event.

A typical long weekend will be:
Day 1 – Welcome to Spain
It is usual to have some light refreshments on your arrival before you relax. Late afternoon you will have the opportunity to try out your first run, embracing the surroundings on a steady run. We will stop along the way to give you the opportunity to take some photos, before we take a coffee at a local beach café.

Day 2 – Discovering the City
After a light breakfast, we take you to pick up your race pack and familiarise yourself with the race route and the city. We will stop for lunch and you are free to explore the city. We will return to camp and have a chance to work on running technique

Day 3 – Race Day
After a light breakfast, we drive to the start line where you will warm up and absorb the race day atmosphere. After your race we will have a chance to celebrate and unwind over lunch in the city. We will return to camp and enjoy a dinner with guest speaker.

Coach Profiles

  • Karen Parnell British Triathlon Federation coach, BTF Tutor/Coach Educator, Certified IRONMAN Coach, Personal Trainer, UK Athletics Run Coach and is Sports Psychology & Sports Nutrition qualified. She is also a Sports Massage Therapist and a Kinesiology Tape Practitioner.
