Sam Murphy's Running Forever Retreats strike the perfect balance between work, rest and play. You can expect top-notch accommodation in beautiful surroundings, a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and the support and expertise of our coaches on tap.

The retreats offer a mix of leisurely guided scenic runs and coached sessions on running form, nutrition, strength and conditioning and recovery. There’s also one-to-one time, to ensure you go home with a personalised plan of action that will help you meet your running goals, whether that's smashing a PB, overcoming recurring injuries or simply rediscovering your running mojo.

Our base for this three-night retreat is a beautifully restored, stylish and comfortable Oast House in the Brede Valley, just 15 minutes' drive from Rye and Hastings.

There's no hortage of routes to explore right from the door - from riverside to woodland, fields to country lanes - including a trail run to the fabulous tap at local brewery, Three Legs. And when you’re not running, you can relax by the fire in the spacious living area or sit out on the terrace enjoying the far-reaching countryside views.

Nutritious and delicious food (and plenty of it!) is included in the retreat price, with the menu designed to fuel your training and aid your recovery – using locally sourced ingredients, prepared and cooked by our chef on the premises.

It's the perfect way to recharge your running as the clocks spring forward!

Limited to 10 places max.
