Ceri Rees

Summary

Ceri is a qualified Mountain Leader and three times winner of The Grizzly and the Kielder Marathon respectively. He is an experienced Upland and Mountain Marathon runner/Trail Runner including OMM events and the multiday Transalpine Run (220 miles), with an in-depth knowledge of Dartmoor National Park and most of South Devon trails. Ceri is also Outdoor First Aid qualified and is an experienced teacher, youth leader and running guide. 

Ceri is an ex-International athlete and former member of UK Endurance Squad who graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc in PE Sports Science and Recreation Management. He worked in Kenya with Olympian Kip Keino and as a journalist in the UK and France. Ceri is trained a Mountain Leader, qualified expedition guide and Walking Group Leader with navigational Gold standard.

Ceri continues his link with journalism with regular articles on running in magazines such as The Guardian, Men's Running, Girl's Running and Trail Magazine.
