Coaching

As a coach and personal trainer Will has been helping people and athletes achieve their goals for almost 7 years. Having a young family and his own Personal Training business, Will understands the importance of time management as he personally balances effective training with both work and family life.

Will set-up and runs a triathlon group at Ringwood David Lloyd, where he coached several age group winners at the London Triathlon and the Blenheim Palace Triathlon in their first season. Will has coached close to a hundred people through their first Triathlon season and loves the fact that he can help people change their life for the best through the fantastic sport of Triathlon.

Will believes that every athlete can realise their full potential if they are coached correctly and with his race experience and dedication to help you achieve your goals.

Will has been involved in the world of strength, conditioning and endurance for the last 9 years and has played competitive sport since a young age.

As a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer Will has his own personal training business and regularly consults marathon runners and triathletes over their Strength and Conditioning program to improve their performance.

Couple the experience as a racer and his knowledge as a trainer, Will is one of the most adaptable coaches you will come across.

Will is a Senior Coach with TrainingBible Coaching UK. His journey to Ironman was documented on www.tri247.com - showing that you don’t need to be a full time athlete to do well.

What a lovely week we have had with Abby and Chris in the Bordeaux region! This is a great holiday not just for the established runners, but also for those who are curious about running, or occasional runners, or wine lovers, or simply the supporting partners. These holidays tick all the boxes...

The attention to every detail, the excellent pastoral care for all kids, the ability to educate and entertain kids of ages 9 to late teens, the inspiration of meeting true sporting legends. These are the reasons why my kids could not wait to go! As a parent the fact I know my kids are in very safe hands and will be extremely well cared for whilst being tested physically and mentally are why I am happy to pay for them to go. It’s also great value for money when you consider 5 days and 5 nights of full board on top of the training and World superstar visits!
