After years of volunteering for Ironman Lanzarote, I decided to enter the event at the ripe old age of 53 and with no previous triathlon experience. With Bella and Stephen's patient and comprehensive training programme, I not only achieved my goal to finish, but I was able to enjoy every moment of the day and to cross the line with a big smile on my face. If you're serious about being the best swimmer, cyclist or runner (or all three!) you can be, then you should work with Bayliss Multisport. No nonsense, tough training, that will push you hard, but will mean you can race easy.

I always wanted to try and make a post baby come back but I knew with all my other commitments I needed help if I was going to try and get round IM lanza...I’ve always been inspired by Bella’s work ethic and I loved that she is a Scottish girl who used to go to pony club ...felt we were similar albeit very different life paths...I am sure I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in April thanks to her advice...I would 100% recommend her&Stephen’s coaching and would say no matter how busy you are in they will work round your other commitments to give you the best chance at whatever you are aiming for
