Recently came back from the crossfit holiday in Cyprus and it way exceeded my expectations. It was the ideal mix of training and chill out time, perfect for re-setting whilst developing and learning new skills. The coaching was excellent, tailored for mixed abilities and based around what individuals wanted to get out of it, plus you have an individual debrief session at the end of the trip with a ton of useful things to take home to work on.

great training tailored to individual needs with both gymnastics and weightlifting useful drills. Good feedback on how to improve once back home. Kristian and James are awesome coaches and the hotel/beach are great! PS: added benefit: you may encounter turtles if you go swimming in the sea at sunrise...

The accommodation is very well finished and very comfortable, with plenty of relaxation space. The wellness centre with jacuzzi and sauna was used every evening - as was the on-site bar with great bar snacks. Finally - the breakfast - flippin' awesome - just what's needed before a full day skiing! Thanks for a great week - highly recommended!!
